For the best performance and sanitation, this dispenser is not recommended for use with dairy-based beverages, or beverages with a thick consistency. The interior components are best suited to handle thin, water-based beverages like juice, iced tea, or lemonade.
It is highly recommended to shut down, remove old product, and thoroughly clean the machine at the end of each day. Leave the machine off overnight to allow the motor to rest. Using more than 1 gallon of liquid in each of the bowls at all times is also essential to extending the life of the equipment.
