To ensure peak operating condition, this machine requires maintenance every 6 months and at least once a year.

The temperature of each bowl is easily monitored to maintain ideal consistency thanks to the unit's automatic mode. It automatically switches the machine into "standby" mode overnight and will refreeze the ingredients just before your business opens for the day. This significantly reduces prep time. Plus, users can program specific times for the machine to switch modes to allow for maximum control.
